Engagement in employment services remains a major challenge for individuals with mental health and/or substance use disorders, yet many want to work. This interactive webinar challenges professionals to think beyond the vague notion of disengagement and dig deeper into the root of the behavior. Participants will engage in an experiential activity which will stretch even the more experienced professional to think outside the box and adopt a more proactive approach to individual engagement and outreach.
